Return, Exchange and Store Credit Policy

 

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

After 24 hours there will be no refund available for any purchases made on https://ht360collective.com/. Authorized refunds will only be at the sole discretion of HTG CollectiveNo exceptions. After the 24 hours period, customer may be offered an exchange or store credit only at the sole discretion of HTG Collective. The items eligible to be returned must be in their original packaging with intact tags. Products must also NOT been worn, altered, damaged, or washed. Merchandise that is found in previously stated conditions, will not be refunded and will be returned at customer's own expense. A 15% restock fee will be applied to all returned orders. Policy will only apply if the product is returned in the period of 5 days. All Customized orders are final sale.

Canceled orders will NOT be granted a refund, no exceptions. Cancellations are authorized at the sole discretion of HTG Collective and in order to be authorized the order must be canceled within 24 hours after the placing of the order.

 

No returns, exchanges, or refunds are applicable on sale merchandise.
